One of the first things your guests see when they arrive to your home or property is the driveway, followed by the walkway to your front door. First impressions are extremely important in general. We all want to live in a clean, healthy and well-maintained place. Whether it is a community of single-family homes or a multi-unit complex . Lets face it, we live in Florida where mold and mildew as well as humidity are all over us. Everything gets dirty and moldy and it's all over our properties. When you walk out the front door of your home, what do you see? Spider webs, black mold on your trims and fascias, Vinyl siding is no exception. Even the stucco and brick can show the green mold growing. Sidewalks and other surfaces get slippery with mold. Black stains appear on roofs and wood decks get covered with mildew. There’s no way we can see this and ignore it! It is there and has to be cleaned regularly. Home owners and apartment managers alike must deal with the exterior cleaning and should do so sooner rather than later.
Pressure washing and / or Soft Washing of buildings, concrete driveways, roofs and wood decks, can add years to the life of these surfaces as well as save on costly repairs, not to mention that it makes it all look pretty spiffy !

A white nozzle is the widest stream at 40 degrees; then comes green at 25, yellow at 15, and red at zero degrees for the narrowest, most concentrated application. A black nozzle is for dispensing soap and has the lowest pressure output
